Every customer workspace is isolated by PostgreSQL row-level security, authentication runs on OAuth 2.0, JWT, and role-based access control, and the architecture is stateless and horizontally scalable. The AI copilot is powered by Anthropic and always optional; the mobile app runs on React Native with offline sync built in.
