Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the GeneCRM platform provided by Genellipse. By creating a workspace you agree to these Terms.

Accounts. You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. The workspace owner controls billing, membership, and deletion.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach tenant isolation, or exceed your plan's documented limits in a manner that degrades the service for others.

Data. Your data remains yours. We process it to provide the service and isolate it per tenant. You may export or request deletion at any time.

Changes. We may update these Terms; material changes will be noted with a new version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
