Line items with live totals
Each quote line can be tied to a product from your catalog (auto-filling description and unit price) or entered as a free-text custom line, with independently editable quantity, unit price, and a per-line discount percentage. Subtotal is computed as the sum of every line's discounted total; a quote-level flat discount and a tax percentage are applied on top to produce the final total, all recalculated instantly in the browser as you edit.

Product catalog integration

Sending a quote issues a unique token and exposes it at /quote/{token} — a public page your customer can open directly in a browser with no GENECRM account or login. The quote list shows each quote's status badge (draft / sent / accepted / declined) so your team can see at a glance where every quote stands.
