Score, cadence, and convert every lead — without guesswork.
A single inbox for inbound and outbound leads, scored automatically, with AI-suggested next steps and one click to turn a qualified lead into an opportunity.
The Leads inbox is where GENECRM's scoring and cadence engines meet a searchable, filterable table. Every lead carries a 0–100 score and a hot/warm/cold temperature computed by the deterministic scoring engine at creation and on demand thereafter; stage and source values are drawn from the tenant's lead-vocabulary (again seeded by industry preset), so the filter chips and dropdowns always reflect the vocabulary your workspace actually uses. From the inbox you can bulk-assign owners, export a CSV of selected rows, or click into a lead to see its full breakdown.
Vocabulary-driven stages, sources, and temperature
Lead stage (new, qualifying, engaged, proposal, converted, dormant, disqualified) and lead source (referral, inbound web, event, LinkedIn, outbound, advisor book, and more) are validated server-side against the workspace vocabulary, and the inbox's filter chips are generated from that same vocabulary so a generic-preset workspace never shows financial-services-only source labels.
- Temperature (hot / warm / cold) is derived by the scoring engine, not manually set
- Filter and sort by stage, temperature, source, and owner; free-text search on name/email/company
- Inline stage editing directly from the table row
Deterministic scoring with an explainable breakdown
Every lead gets a 0–100 score with a plain-English explanation and a signal breakdown — a chip per contributing factor (title/company enrichment, source quality, recent activity, response velocity) showing its individual weight, positive or negative. A Rescore button re-runs the engine against the latest activity history at any time.
- Score, temperature, and explanation are computed on create and refreshed on rescore
- Signal chips are color-coded green (positive) / red (negative) with the exact weight
- GENE intelligence panel adds an ambient health/risk read plus ranked next-best-actions
AI cadence: next-step suggestions and pre-call briefs
Click Suggest and the cadence engine recommends the next outreach action — channel (email, call, LinkedIn, SMS), a suggested send time, and a rationale grounded in the lead's stage, source, temperature, and recent touches. If the suggested channel is a call, it also renders an inline pre-call brief you can expand before dialing.
- Suggested action, channel, and send timing, with a stated rationale
- Pre-call brief auto-generated for call-channel suggestions
- AI intelligence brief and drafted outreach email (tone: conversational / formal / urgent) are one click away, with a deterministic fallback if no AI provider is configured
One-click convert to opportunity
A qualified lead converts into an opportunity in a single form: name the deal, set value, close date, and probability, optionally link it to a household/account, and submit. The lead's stage flips to converted, its converted_at and converted_to_account_id are recorded, and the new opportunity lands directly on the pipeline board.
- Pre-fills opportunity name and value from the lead's estimated value
- Preserves the lead's owner on the new opportunity
- Converted leads show a read-only "converted" confirmation instead of the convert form
Triage tools for the whole inbox
Beyond individual leads, the inbox supports bulk owner reassignment (with an undo toast), CSV export of any selected rows, and a hot/warm/cold count strip so a manager can see queue health without opening a single record.
- Multi-select checkboxes with a sticky bulk-action bar
- Bulk assign owner across any number of selected leads, with one-click undo
- CSV export of selected leads (name, company, email, stage, temperature, score, value)
- SDRs triaging a shared inbound queue by temperature and source
- Managers reassigning leads in bulk after territory changes
- Reps who want a suggested next touch instead of guessing when to follow up
Leads — common questions
A deterministic scoring engine evaluates contact enrichment (title, company), lead source quality, and recent activity history, producing a 0–100 score, a hot/warm/cold temperature, a plain-English explanation, and a per-signal weight breakdown. It runs automatically on lead creation and can be re-run on demand.
Its stage moves to converted and it becomes read-only for conversion purposes; a new opportunity is created on the pipeline board carrying the same contact, owner, and (if provided) household link, along with the value, close date, and probability you set in the convert form.
No. The intelligence brief, cadence suggestion, and outreach draft all run through GENECRM's multi-agent runtime when a provider is configured, but every one of them falls back to a deterministic, structured result if it isn't — the route never returns empty.
Yes. Lead stage and source lists come from the workspace's vocabulary, seeded from the industry preset chosen at setup (generic, financial services, insurance, banking, nonprofit, education, faith, or field service) and editable by an admin.
