Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Genellipse handles data for the GeneCRM platform.

What we collect. Account details (name, email, organization), the CRM data you enter, and operational metadata (audit logs, usage counters) needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it. To provide the CRM, enforce plan entitlements, secure accounts, and support you. We do not sell your data.

Isolation. Every tenant's data is isolated at the database layer via row-level security. Operators access tenant data only for support and platform operations, and it is audited.

Your rights. Export your data or request deletion via the in-app Security settings (GDPR export). The workspace owner may delete the workspace.
