GENECRM for Platforms

Put a full CRM inside your own product.

GENECRM runs headlessly behind your product — one login for your users, your UI in front, and every partner firm isolated at the database level. Ship a real CRM without building one.

Why embed GENECRM

The CRM your product is missing — without the years.

Building a multi-tenant CRM with isolation, pipeline, automations, and AI is a multi-year project. Embed GENECRM and it's an integration instead.

One login, no second sign-in

Your user clicks a “CRM” tab and it's just there. GENECRM trusts your identity via an OAuth user-exchange — no separate account, no second password.

Headless, behind your UI

GENECRM is the engine; your product renders the experience. You build the interface on our API, and the CRM runs headlessly underneath.

Every firm fully isolated

Each partner firm is its own tenant, sealed at the database with row-level security. One firm can never see another's data — structurally, not by policy.

You own the customer

You keep the relationship, the billing, and the seat gating. GENECRM provides the CRM surface; the commercial relationship stays yours.

How embedding works

Three server-side steps, then it just works.

All of it happens server-to-server — no secrets in the browser. The complete handshake, with code and a reference proxy, is on the developer platform.

01
We provision each firm

For every partner firm you onboard, we create an isolated tenant seeded with the right industry vocabulary and issue its credentials.

02
Your backend connects

Your server exchanges an OAuth client secret for an app token, then exchanges that for the signed-in user's own identity — all server-side.

03
Users work, attributed & isolated

Your UI calls the CRM through your proxy with that user's token. Every action is attributed to the real person and scoped to their firm.

Isolation

Every firm sealed off from every other

Multi-tenant embedding is only safe if the tenants can't leak into each other. GENECRM enforces that at the database, not in application code — so the guarantee holds no matter how many firms you onboard.

  • Each partner firm is its own tenant with its own credentials
  • Row-level security (FORCE + WITH CHECK) on every tenant-scoped table
  • The runtime connects as a non-superuser role that cannot bypass isolation
  • A partner backend can only ever mint sessions inside its own firm

Partner FAQ

Questions partners ask.

Each firm is its own tenant, and every tenant-scoped table enforces Postgres row-level security with FORCE + WITH CHECK. The runtime connects as a non-superuser role that cannot bypass it — so a firm can never read or write another firm's data, even if application code has a bug.

No. Your backend asserts the signed-in user's identity through an OAuth user-exchange, and GENECRM finds or creates that user just-in-time. Your user clicks “CRM” and it opens — one login, no second sign-in.

Your product. In the embed model you build the interface on the GENECRM API, so your users stay inside your app — GENECRM runs headlessly as the engine behind it, never as a separate screen your users log into.

You do. Your product keeps the customer relationship, the seat gating, and the billing. GENECRM provides the CRM engine and its per-firm isolation; the commercial layer stays yours.

Three server-side calls: exchange your OAuth secret for an app token, exchange that for a user's identity, then proxy CRM calls with that user's token. The full handshake, code samples, and a reference proxy are on the developer platform.
